Product Introduction

The Wanxiang Wind Speed Monitoring System/Environmental Airflow Distribution Testing System provides an efficient solution for multi-point testing of indoor air flow velocity and temperature, and can also be applied to steam testing in hot air equipment rooms. This testing system is developed based on years of experience and new achievements in electronic devices.

5100SF is an omnidirectional (spherical) air velocity (velocity vector amplitude) sensor. This sensor has a wide frequency response and high sensitivity with low airflow velocity. It is specifically designed for measuring low air flow rates and evaluating indoor environments. This sensor measures the average and standard deviation of air velocity, as well as air temperature.
5100CL is a cylindrical air flow velocity sensor. It is specifically designed for measuring air flow velocity in pipelines, openings, and internal air supply devices. This sensor measures the average wind speed and temperature.
The system can be equipped with up to 64 sensors. The digital RS485 output allows for the transmission distance of measurement data to reach up to 1000 meters, with sensors connected in series in a mesh configuration. The system can be equipped with the SensoHigBar5300 sensor, which allows it to automatically compensate for the impact of changes in atmospheric pressure on the reading of the anemometer. The system can be connected to a computer via SensoConnect USB, and the wireless system uses a SensoBee 485 transmitter to connect to the SensoBee USB receiver on the computer.

This system provides software based on the LabVIEW platform, which features:

Environmental airflow distribution testing systemHot wire wind speed transmitter:
The hot wire wind speed transmitter is equipped with a probe, which includes speed and temperature sensors. The sensor surface is covered with a special aluminum coating, which can improve its pollution resistance and reduce the impact of thermal radiation, ensuring the accuracy of wind speed measurement. The sensor is installed on a support arm with a length of 185mm (the length of the support arm can be customized). The wind speed sensor is based on the principle of constant temperature hot wire testing with automatic temperature compensation. The support arm is connected to the transmitter housing or connected through a cable. It can conveniently and quickly replace damaged probes. The transmitter can automatically recognize the wind speed sensor and will prompt an error code when an incorrect probe is connected. The transmitter unit for nonlinear analog current output can be used in conjunction with any recorder, A/C converter, or multimeter.
